“All the words I never told you” is a personal fusion-like compilation of a some of my all time favorites blended with groovy, multicolored moods and beats. It’s a very inspired set, reminiscing the days of “Intensive Care” and the freestyle Sunday sessions of 2007/2008.

It’s also the last set I will be mixing for 2011, so why not end it with a bang I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed preparing it and I hope to see you next year for new music rendezvous and parties.

Rainbows – Episode 1 // Autumn

Rainbows is a quarterly released 2 hours set, combining some of the best Progressive, Tech and Deep house tunes on the market. It’s a journey into a world of sounds and layers. I hope you enjoy every episode as much as I enjoy preparing and mixing them.

Celebrating the first episode is “Autumn”, a warm, visual and musical journey. It’s better enjoyed in a dark or dimmed atmosphere. I loved mixing every second of it and I look forward to your comments on it. “Autumn” is also the return to my musical roots, back to basics with a bang.

Surround – 5 year anniversary in the mix

I celebrate this month the 5th anniversary of this blog and my DJ adventure that made it all possible. It all started before a party to “OM” with the influence of my DJ friends back in Beirut. Since then I have grown with the people who trusted me throughout this journey, from George & Ziad, to JayK, from Ingo to last but not least the friskyRadio family. Most importantly it wouldn’t have been the same without you all, who listen to my work. Thank you for all the support you have shown me.

The adventure continues with crazy experiments, I hope, for the next 5 years ahead.

Surround is the mix for the occasion, a blend of unconventional progressive and tech house beats with a touch of breaks and pop. I hope you enjoy it.

Bridges – End of Year mix (Download link)

The Holidays season is quite here. Snow is filling the streets (at least on the Northern hemisphere), temperatures are cooling down around the Middle East and the Southern hemisphere is preparing to celebrate Christmas on the beach. But what would celebration be without a good load of music ?

Bridges is a 2 hours mix, originally designed as a 2 parts set that I finally merged. It features amazing tracks from amazing artists and record labels, both old and new. “Bridges” is about architectures, renewal, shifting years and building connections.

Bridges :: End of year mix

“Bridges” is the name I have chosen for this end of year mix. It will be a 2 parts set features some of the best tracks of the past year as well as latest hits. I hope it will be to everyone’s appeal to party, after party and travel with.

Artist of the week – Tracklist

I’d like to thank everyone who tuned in for my Artist of the Week show on FriskyRadio.

The set was a hard one to prepare since my gear was literally dying while recording it. My mixer is now resting in peace as we speak and its replacement is coming soon.

I just wanted to add some comments about the set. I tried melting many worlds with the tracklist that I played, a deep atmospheric, progressive one, techy entracte and a rock part.

My biggest discovery was “The Swallow” produced by French based producer Nhar. I first heard it on a set *Microlove 3 – All the words I never told you* by my friends G! & Special_Kase . “The Swallow” is a must have for all DJs . Props go to Kassey Voorn for Neptune and Elegant Universe for Tayrona (Both of them are great producers that I follow closely). Komytea’s remix comes with a killer “Komytea-like” bassline that just rips it off, guaranty to make your dancefloor go nuts. Eelke’s “The way that you are” is just an amazing production, with a very present Rock vibe to it. I love how the distorted guitar solo is built up with a dramatic change in chords. Also props to Fady Ferraye’s remix of “Lemuria”, mashing up “Ya Leil”, an oriental classic into the tune.

I couldn’t skip playing Gui Boratto’s “Paradise Circus” remix, since I am a big fan of Massive Attack and Depeche Mode’s Wrong that closed Sasha’s gig in Beirut back in August ’09.

Again, Props to all producers for their fantastic tracks. Without them the show wouldn’t have been the same
