Subways Front Cover

Subways is my latest and upcoming set for February. It’s a very personal set, tracing back some of my Tribal House roots and stressing on melodic build ups as well as Synth based tracks.

My inspirations while mixing this one hour journey was the lovely snowy weather of Paris, as well, as 2 albums that kept running in my car, a Satoshi Tomiie’s Renaissance mix and Dave Seaman’s Renaissance mix. (Yeah I love Renaissance).

The set takes you on a journey, in any subway, speeding city lights, neons and weird perspectives, coming in, running off, waiting, seeing, smelling. The Subway awakes all your senses and keeps you alert to find your way, but once in a train, you just skip a beat and let yourself surrender to the wheels that will take you in a journey to your next destination.
